Michael Raibley – Executive Chef
Michael was born in Evansville, Indiana, where his love for cooking began at an early age while helping his mother and grandmother in the kitchen. Inspired by creating new dishes and experimenting with flavors, he pursued his culinary education at the Arizona Culinary Institute in 2005.
After graduating, Michael gained valuable experience working seasonally in Colorado and Florida before moving to Scottsdale, Arizona, where he earned his first Executive Chef position at Ancala Country Club. His career later took him to Texas as a Regional Chef, and eventually, he launched his own award-winning food truck business. Following its success, Michael sold the business and accepted his current role as Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director at Colonial Park Golf Course.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife of 20 years, Dee, and their three children. He has a passion for cars, outdoor adventures, and making memories with his family.
